We were already using several biodegradable products, but are now expanding our effort to use more environmentally-friendly products. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Café 54 is pleased to continue our partnership with the Tucson Botanical Gardens, located at Grant and Alvernon. Café 54 has again been selected to operate food service at the Tucson Botanical Gardens. Operations there will begin Monday, Oct. 1st, and continue through May, 2008. The Tucson Botanical Gardens featuring Café 54 will be open for lunch between 10:30 and 2:30, every day the Botanical gardens is open&#8211;seven days a week.</p>
<p>We will be serving a lovely selection of fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks appropriate for the curious and the famished alike. To view our Gardens menu, you may click &#8220;Cafe 54&#8243; at the top of our home page, and on the drop list, navigate to &#8220;Gardens Cafe Menu,&#8221; or go to www.tucsonbotanical.org, click &#8220;Visit the Gardens,&#8221; and then navigate to &#8220;Gardens Cafe.&#8221;</p>
