We were already using several biodegradable products, but are now expanding our effort to use more environmentally-friendly products. Our take-out wares, including boxes, bags, cups, and straws, are now made from 100% potato or corn products, are fully compostable and decompose in 180 days.

Café 54 has again been selected to operate food service at the Tucson Botanical Gardens. Operations there will begin Monday, Oct. 1st, and continue through May, 2008. The Tucson Botanical Gardens featuring Café 54 will be open for lunch between 10:30 and 2:30, every day the Botanical gardens is open–seven days a week.

We will be serving a lovely selection of fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks appropriate for the curious and the famished alike.
