Salads:

Goat Cheese Tart ($7.00) - Caramelized onions, goat cheese and fresh thyme baked in buttery tart crust, served with greens dressed with lemon parsley vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Chicken Salad ($6.50) - Poached chicken breast, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil with herbed mayonnaise, served on a greens dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Tuna Salad ($6.50) - White tuna, fresh parsley and dill, celery, onion, and a hint of mayonaisse, served on a greens dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Cobb Salad ($8.00) - Mixed greens tossed with chicken breast, roasted red peppers, roma tomatoes, bacon, and feta cheese crumbles, served with roasted onion dressing.

Mixed Greens Salad ($4.50) - Fresh greens topped with roma tomatoes and dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.

The Gardener Wants Beef ($9.00) - Roast beef thinly sliced, served with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and Dijon mustard on a baguette.

The Tuscan via Tucson ($8.00) - Slices of fresh mozzarella and roma tomatoes layered on Cafe 54’s pesto, served on a baguette.

The Southwestern BLT ($7.00) - Apple-wood smoked bacon, lettuce and tomato served on sourdough bread with chipotle mayonnaise.
